Ocean Sierra

Ocean Sierra is committed to supporting outreach and education in marine sciences through volunteer efforts for groups involved in underwater technology and ocean observations, including the Society for Underwater Technology, the Gulf of Mexico Coastal Ocean Observing System, Regional Association and Texas General Land Office, Adopt A Beach program.

The name Ocean Sierra originates from the oceans and the mountains and the need to have a sustainable approach to both the oceans and land masses that make up our environment.  The crab logo owes it origins to the founder’s family, who operated businesses in the crab fishing industry for more than 35 years.
